PROGRAM COORDINATOR: YOUR ROLE
Your primary responsibility will be the development and implementation of the RIP Program, utilizing four treatment modalities. This includes overseeing the operation of the program, conducting training sessions, engaging in administrative activities, evaluating program effectiveness, and identifying areas for program development and improvement. In addition to these duties, you will assume a multifaceted role within the program. You will serve as a case manager, helping to coordinate and provide liaison services between families and other service providers. You will also act as a childcare school intervention provider, offering support and guidance to schools and educational institutions regarding behavioral interventions. Furthermore, you will take on the responsibilities of a marketing staff member, promoting the program and engaging in community information and marketing activities. As a resource consultant, your expertise will be sought to provide guidance and assistance to families and professionals. Finally, you will serve as a program aide whenever needed, ensuring the smooth functioning of all program activities. Reporting is an essential aspect of this role. You will be responsible for submitting monthly data reports to the State Technical Assistant (TA), as well as preparing semi-annual and annual reports for the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS) and the TA. As the Program Coordinator, you will also have supervisory responsibilities. You will provide guidance and support to the RIP Aide (Classroom Coordinator), Parent Case Manager, and Resource Consultant, ensuring that they perform their duties effectively and in alignment with program objectives and requirements.
